[Clas_lmd] access to LMD group activities

I think we have a problem in how communication and access to information is managed within the LMD group. 
It is getting out of control and conflicts with CLAS collaboration rules. Let me remind you that LMD group is a part of CLAS collaboration. It is unacceptable when CLAS collaboration members don't have access to the materials related to the analysis of CLAS data. From the very beginning I was opposed to having this managed outside of JLab.
