[Clas_lmd] Photon rates in CLAS12

Michael,

One more thing should be taken into account. In CLAS12 Liquid Hydrogen target will be 5cm long compared
to 40cm used for example in g11 run.

This makes expected count rate probably very similar to CLAS6, one should be very careful to not overstate.

I see that I was low by one order of magnitude, which means my total events seen should be higher than when I presented.
Either way, the number of eta' dalitz decays in CLAS12 exceeds previous CLAS numbers.

This is mostly due to the increase of efficiency of CLAS and also the amount of particles traversing through e+e- detection due to lorentz boost.
