Also, does it make sense to make it one week before the collaboration 
meeting ?
We may look into the possibility of accomodating this meeting in the 
collaboration one.
Or, we agree to consider the OTWG meeting over lunch on Thursday Nov. 19 
as an appendix to this one, so that there will be a second opportunity 
for discussion for people that won't be able to attend the Nov. 12 meeting.
