[Clas_members] CLAS Shift Swaps now ON for Foreign institutes

Dear CLAS Members,

The CLAS shift schedule for Mar 7 - Jun 30, 2010 is now online,
and shift swaps for 'Foreign' institutes are on for the next
two weeks.

Now all members can sign up for shifts and then swap them around
if they wish. However, the concerned institutional representatives
should be kept informed.

If you can't swap, you can trade. However, trades should be
validated by the other party before this swap period ends.

The recommended practice, especially for 'Foreign' personnel,
is to couple downtime shifts with normal shifts and be on-site
for the whole period, just in case there is a last minute change
in the schedule and _all_ the shifts have to actually be manned.
