[Clas_members] shifts delayed until Monday, Oct. 5, 8 am

Hello Folks;

Work continues on installing and commissioning the rtpc,
as well as on leak repairs to the Cerenkov, and beamline
installation and survey.  The accelerator is also having
problems with controlling the pulsed tune-beam.

So - we have delayed start-up of shifts until
8AM, Monday, October 5th.
