Dear Wooyoung,

Trading shifts is very simple using the new interface at http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts

Log in, then choose 'Trade shifts' from the menu and follow the steps.
An email will be
automatically sent to the other party, who will have to either accept
or reject the trade.
You will be notified by email when the transaction is finalized. You
can send multiple
trade offers for a given set of your shifts, and the trade will belong
to the first person
who accepts it.

You could read more about how to use the interface at:
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?doc=shift_schedule_instructions
and there are detailed explanations on every page as well.

Best regards,
Dan
