[Clas_members] New schedule for Jul 1 -Dec 23, 2010

Dear CLAS members,

The new CLAS shift schedule for the second half of this year is now in the
database:
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?start_day=22&start_month=6&start_year=2010&end_day=31&end_month=12&end_year=2010&display=schedule&stype=schedule

It has been generated according to the shift lists, since these are more up
to date than the membership tables. However, this roughly means that 40
CLAS members do not do shifts:
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?display=utils&task=CompInst1

The schedule can be reviewed until May 6, when the swaps will start. The swap
schedule will be:
    05/07 - 05/21 Foreign
    05/22 - 06/06 Domestic
Sign up is open at the same time with the swaps.
