Dear Colleagues,

The 35th International Conference on High Energy Physics (ICHEP 2010 ) 
will be held July 21-28, 2010 in Paris, France.  The conference 
organizers have specifically put "Hadronic Structure, parton 
distributions, soft QCD, and spectroscopy" as one of the 14 session 
topics into the program. I believe this is also in recognition of the 
growing importance of experiments at lower and medium energy electron 
machines (JLab, ELSA, MAMI. LEPS) to decipher the complex structure of 
hadrons.

I think this is an excellent opportunity to present and discuss 
interesting results from medium energy physics at a high energy 
conference. I hope many of you will send abstracts to the conference.
