[Clas_members] Once More - FROST SHIFTS DELAYED until Friday swing

Hi All,
 
The cryogenics crew removed the target insert and tried to cool again with a new kapton gasket. This did not work. They are now building a new "stick" and will try again tomorrow. If this works they will polarize on Friday. So we will cancel shifts until 16:00 hrs on Friday July 16th.

Again, be watching for followup messages since things may still slide a little more. I will know more in the morning after the 8:00 meeting.
