[Clas_members] shifts start tomorrow at 4pm

Hello Clas;

Chris Keith and the target group have made
good progress on the target.  They hope to start
pumping down tomorrow evening.

We will resume beam-taking tomorrow (Tuesday, July 20)
at 4pm on the swing shift.  We will start with
5-pass beam for 2 days of Micromegas detector tests,
and hopefully the target will be full and we can
resume FROST running.

If you need a walkthrough: tomorrow at 10 am!!
