[Clas_members] g9-FROST run extended

Dear Colleagues,

The g9-FROST run has been officially extended until August 13, when the 
accelerator goes down for the summer shut down. This extension became 
necessary to make up for the 3 weeks lost time due to the vacuum event 
in Hall B that also impacted negatively the operation of the FROST 
cryostat. Please adjust your travel plans if you are scheduled for shift 
during the remaing 3 weeks of g9-FROST running.

 From a distance (I am currently in Paris for ICHEP2010) I can tell that 
the micromegas test that started yesterday is proceeding as planned.
