[Clas_members] 44 days of shifts (07/29 to 09/10)

Dear CLAS Members,

Lots of thanks to everyone who helped us synchronize the Shift
and Membership lists.

I now filled the 44 days gap in the schedule (07/29 to 09/10)
with new shifts, and updated the accompanying experimental
program.

So everybody has now a few more shifts to sign up to, some
of them will have to be done, some will fall in the Downtime
period, but we don't know exactly which/when yet.

To not disturb the schedule created after the recent swaps, we
will have to use trading to sort out these 44 days. Trading is
simple - as most of you know by now - and I hope everyone will
cooperate to accommodate the needs of the non-Local institutes.
