[Clas_members] CLAS Shift Swaps now ON for Foreign institutes

Dear CLAS Members,

The CLAS shift schedule for Jun 1 - Dec 23, 2010 is now online,
and shift swaps for 'Foreign' institutes are on for the next 
two weeks.

Everyone can sign up for shifts and then swap them around as 
they wish. However, the concerned institutional representatives 
should be kept informed.

There is a 'downtime' period of a month or so in the schedule. 
The recommended practice, especially for 'Foreign' personnel,
is to couple downtime shifts with normal shifts and be on-site
for the whole period, just in case there is a last minute change
in the schedule and _all_ the shifts have to be actually filled.
