[Clas_members] The CLAS SoS submission period will end in one week, actually

Dear CLAS members,

The CLAS Statements of Service submission period will end in one
week, on November 7. Please disregard the previous notification
(about Nov 30) with my webbot's apologies. ;)

Individuals can edit their own service work contributions but only the
institutional representative can make the submission once the SoS
report is complete, towards the end of the period. Guidelines can be
found on http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/?doc=sos_instructions,
while detailed instructions accompany all the SoS submission pages.
