[Clas_members] CLAS shift swaps for FOREIGN institutes are on

Dear CLAS members,

Hall B shift swaps for FOREIGN institutes have started and will be on 
until November 21.

Everyone can sign up for their shifts and then swap them around as
they wish. However, the concerned institutional representatives
should be kept informed.
