[Clas_members] CLAS shifts canceled until 30th

Dear collaborators,

The installation of the HD target will not be completed until at 
least Friday. Consequently, all shifts are canceled until Saturday 
morning. The owl shift on Saturday 0-8am is NOT canceled.

I will send you an update on the target and shift status on Friday.
