[Clas_members] No CLAS shift swaps this May

Dear CLAS members,

Since we will have a long downtime period starting soon, I will generate
the schedule later on, probably in the fall, therefore there will be no swaps 
this May.

I will suppress the automatic reminders. Have a nice weekend.
