[clas_members] G14-HDIce up and running

Dear Colleagues,

Great News!  The HD IBC target in Hall B is in production mode. The 
deuteron polarization is about 27% (about twice what was achieved at 
LEGS/BNL). The target has received its first exposure to circularly 
polarized photons at 2.2 GeV max. energy. The online reconstruction 
shows clearly the target in the vertex reconstruction (see attached 
graphs).
Big Congratulations to the HDIce group! Many Thanks to all who helped 
make this project a great success!
