[clas_members] collaboration review status

Dear colleagues,
since the cyber event at JLab makes it difficult if not impossible to 
upload and view material on the JLab servers, and also interacting with 
the lead authors, I will extend the deadline to July 18 for the two 
papers currently under collaboration review ("Shrunken rho" and "K0 
hadronization").
