[Clas_members] CLAS SoS submissions will start tomorrow and end on October 15

Dear CLAS members,

Apologies, the end date is of course "October 15, 2011".

The idea is to add individual contributions along the way,
instead of waiting until the last moment to collect the info from
group members.
