[Clas_members] Hall B minutes

Dear Colleagues,

The minutes of the Hall B meeting today can be found at the usual link:

The HDIce team and the Hall B technical staff put in an heroic effort
over the weekend to get the IBC cold and operational. Unfortunately, the
cooldown is slower that expected for, at this point, unknown reasons. The
good news is that there is no leak. We still hope for a short photon 
test run
over the weekend and into next week.

Also take note of the presentation by Vitaly on the SiPM test results.
