[clas_members] Update on G14 shifts

Dear collaborators,

 	The present likely date for beam in Hall B is Nov. 17th. Expert 
shifts from Oct 14th to Oct 16th are canceled. However, the worker shifts 
are maintained. Workers should plan to take their shifts, starting 
from Nov 14th.
