Dear collaborators,

This is a reminder that before to take your shifts you must read the G14 
safety documents. They can be found on the Hall B Current Run Information 
web page or in the binder in the counting room. After reading, please sign 
the sign sheet in the binder.

You also need to read and sign the General Access RWP and have the 
following trainings up to date:

EH&S Orientation (SAF 100);
Radiation Worker Training (SAF 801);
Oxygen De#ciency Hazard Training (SAF 103);
Hall B Safety Awareness Walk-Through ( SAF 111 );
Hall Work Governance (SAF 110Kd)
