Dear CLAS members,
We are now set up to broadcast the plenary sessions of the CLAS12 Detector Workshop (Wednesday, starting at 3:30 PM, EST) and the plenary sessions of the CLAS Collaboration meeting (Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM). Some parallel sessions may also have EVO broadcasts; other sessions may use the phone system Readytalk (contact the parallel session chair for more info).
If you haven't used EVO, you can learn by going to evo.caltech.edu and clicking on "Start EVO". After you have signed in (or register and then log in), click on the CLAS tab (or search for a meeting with CLAS in the title). To join the meeting, click on the meeting name. If asked for a password, it is the usual one for the CLAS website.
The EVO broadcasts will have audio and also show the video presentations via desktop sharing. My experience with EVO is that it sometimes will crash. If this happens too often, we will abandon the EVO broadcast. Hopefully, EVO will work well.
Best regards,
Ken
