[clas_members] Ad Hoc review

Dear CLAS Members,

This is just a short note to let you know that the Coordinating Committee has decided to appoint a "fast-track" Ad Hoc Committee to review the article "Comment on the narrow baryon peak..." that was distributed last week.  The Chair of the committee is Reinhard Schumacher, and the other two members are Mac Mestayer and Marco Battaglieri.  After they polish the presentation of this article, it will be distributed again for comments and opt-in  by the entire collaboration (following our usual rules).
