[clas_members] CLAS Shifts Schedule Nov 19, 2011 - May 12, 2012

Dear IRs,

Next week I will generate the CLAS Shifts Schedule for the period Nov 19, 2011 - May 12, 2012 (with a gap between Dec 23 - Jan 4) and then the swap period will start.

Could you please make sure you have updated your membership lists ? A good starting point is here:http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/?display=utils

Shift allocations are explained here:http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?doc=faq#faq27

Please remember that the 'no shifts' tag is reserved for medical conditions and should not be used as an alternative to removing a name from the lists. Instructions at the top of the page explain why and how.
