[clas_members] October 2011 Collaboration Meeting

Dear CLAS members,

Our next collaboration meeting is just about 3 weeks from now, on Thursday, Oct. 13 to Saturday, Oct. 15.  As usual, there will be a one-day workshop for CLAS12 on the day before, Wednesday, Oct. 12.  In addition, the CLAS12 software group has organized a one-day workshop, on Tuesday, Oct. 11, to provide hands-on training of the software developed for CLAS12.  A tentative schedule for the software workshop is attached.

If you would like to give a presentation to the CLAS Collaboration at the plenary session on Thursday, please let me know as soon as possible. As usual, the Chairs of the Working Groups will organize their own sessions on Friday.  There will be another plenary session on Saturday morning.

If you haven't already made travel plans for this meeting, now would be a good time to make reservations.
