The Quarterly Report for D.O.E is due on May 1, 2012 for the period of 
January 1 - March 31, 2012. Please be sure that you have entered any 
Invited talks presented that would have been associated with your work 
at Jefferson Lab, Thesis that you may have completed at Jefferson Lab 
and also update any entered talks and papers that may have been 
published during time period. This will need to be done by Friday April 
27, 2012. The website for the publications database is as 
follows:https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/publications/  If you have any 
difficulty please contact your admin support associated with your hall.
_A_. - S. Tysor - stysor at jlab.org, _B_ - Linda Ceraul - ceraul at jlab.org, 
_C_ - Erica Jones - eljones at jlab.org and _D _- Rachel Harris - 
harris at jlab.org.

ALSO, Please send any awards that may have been presented to you during 
this period of time to ceraul at jlab.org. We need the title of the award, 
who the award was from and the date it was announced by Friday, April 
27, 2012. I apologize for the late request.
