[clas_members] meeting notes

Dear CLAS Members,

The CLAS12 workshop will start tomorrow morning at 08:30 and the CLAS Collaboration meeting will start at 08:30 the following day.  Coffee, Tea and pastries will be set out in the morning at 08:00 and again at the mid-morning break.  Thank you to everyone for registering (students, too) so that we are able to provide the refreshments.

Hardcopies of the agenda will be available at the meetings.  The agenda on the web has been updated to provide links to the parallel sessions.

The plenary sessions will be broadcast using EVO.  The session can be found by searching on the keyword CLAS.  Note that the EVO sessions are password protected, so enter the usual CLAS password.  Send email to hicks at ohio.edu<mailto:hicks at ohio.edu> if you have any problems.

The parallel sessions will set up their own connections.  Contact the session chair if you want to connect via ReadyTalk or EVO.
