[clas_members] G14: call for shift takers

Dear collaborator,

Beam restoration after the Christmas down went very well and accelerator is 
ahead of schedule. It will be ready to deliver beam today, starting at 
4pm. However, CLAS shifts were not allocated until Thursday.

I am calling for 3 collaborators of good will to take expert shifts for

* Today (Tues. 3rd) from 4pm to midnight.
* Tomorrow (Wed. 4th) from midnight to 4am.
* Tomorrow (Wed. 4th) from 2pm to midnight.

The worker shifts will be manned continuously by people from the HDice 
group.

I am sorry about such short notice. Please let me know if you can 
volunteer for some of these expert shifts.
