Dear Colleagues,

Please send to Linda (ceraul at jlab.org) awards you may have received during
the period of October 2011 through December 2011.  This is additional
information we will be asked for by D.O.E. and will be due with the
Publication data by the end of the month. Please have this info to Linda
by January 25.

We need the title of the Award, presented by whom and the date it was
announced.
