[clas_members] EVO for off-site

Dear CLAS members,

For remote participants of the CLAS12/CLAS meetings this week, you can follow the plenary sessions via EVO.  The connection to EVO can be done by going to http://evo.caltech.edu and following the instructions for logging on.  If you haven't used EVO before, please be aware that it takes some time to download the required software, so do this in advance of the meeting.

The meetings are booked under the CLAS heading.  From the "meetings" tab on EVO, search for the word CLAS to see the times when EVO will be available.  There is a password to join the meeting, which is the usual on-line password.

Parallel sessions, such as working groups, are responsible for their own setup of EVO.  Contact your working group chair if you're unsure of how to connect remotely.
