[clas_members] conference talks

Dear CLAS members,

It have noticed that an increasing number of collaborators give talks at 
conferences and workshops without approval of the CLAS speakers 
committee (CSC). Not only is it against the  collaboration rules, it 
also deprives the collaboration of well-deserved credit for work that 
all of us have achieved together.  I therefore want to remind everyone 
of the collaboration rules that all invitations to talks that are 
dominantly CLAS related must be approved by the CSC. For contributed 
talks the CSC must be notified. Writeup of talks for proceedings, must 
be reviewed and approved by the CSC before submission to the 
Conference/Workshop Organizers. For details see:
