[clas_members] Shifts DB and online interface

Dear CLAS members,

I am in the process of transferring the responsibility for the maintenance and 
administration of the shifts DB and online interface to someone else. Please 
address all queries to

         shiftbot at jlab.org

Detailed help and guidance is provided online on the pages themselves, and
in the FAQ. There is also a CLAS Note (11-006) describing the features and
technicalities of the interface. These resources contain answers to 95% of
the questions that I usually got. For the rest, please email  'shiftbot at jlab.org'.
