[clas_members] simulation code

[Chandra Nepali]

Dear all,

I have written a simulation code where one can write the generated
events either in root file or bos file, and can select few variables
(photon energy distribution, t-distribution, transverse polarization of
the decaying particles) also, Purpose is to make it more general, and it
is in progress. It can be checkout from svn
https://clas12svn.jlab.org/repos/trunk/user/cnepali/ParticleSimulator.
