[clas_members] exceptional SoS deadline extension

Hello all,
today I sadly had to acknowledge that 5 institutions (out of 39) did not
submit their 2012 SoS by yesterday's deadline, and ***10*** (25%!!!)
institution did not submit their 2013 SoS estimate.
This happened, no matter the automated and my own reminders, no matter the
instructions posted on the web interface itself, the ones I sent by email
and those were presented on my behalf at the last CLAS meeting. No
matter the months during which the interface has been open. And no
matter the fact that we ALWAYS had to submit two SoS's - one for the
current here and one with the estimates for the next one. It wasn't by
any means a novelty of this year.

Anyway, after discussion with the representatives of some of these
institutions, I asked Ken Livingston - our webmaster - if he could find a
way to extend the deadline for a few more days, and he managed.
Thank you very much, Ken.

So, now the institutions that did not submit their SoS's yet (I don't list
them here but anyone can see which ones they are from the web page) have
time ***UNTIL OCTOBER 25th***. If you have any kind of technical issue,
please write to me and/or to shiftbot at jlab.org and we'll help you out.

NO FURTHER DELAYS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Kudos and a big thank you to all those that instead respected the deadline
- you can ignore this message and the automated reminders that will
follow in the next couple of days.

Best regards,
Silvia - SWC
