[clas_members] CLAS12 tasks

Hello all,
the CLAS12 task list has been updated and now contains several hardware and 
software projects, for the various CLAS12 subsystems, that need to be manned.

Most of these tasks involve a couple of months worth of work, they
qualify as service work for the collaboration, and could be very good projects 
(for instance) for graduate students working on the analysis of existing CLAS 
data but willing to expand their experience to include hardware work or writing 
of calibration/reconstruction software.

I strongly encourage everyone to look at the table and sign up. You can access 
the table by going to the link: https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php 
Then login, click on options menu (on the left column, right under your name) 
and then select "CLAS12 tasks".

For the detector contact persons: please contact me and Raffaella if you have 
new tasks that you want to be added to the table.
