[clas_members] meeting agenda and registration

Dear CLAS members,

Our next collaboration meeting will be held in about 2 weeks, with the CLAS12 detector workshop and CLARA software workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 20, followed by the regular meeting on Feb. 21-23.

A tentative agenda has been posted on our usual website (go to www.jlab.org/Hall-B<http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B> and click the first link "Collaboration Information") along with a link to the new meeting registration webpage.  The agenda will likely change slightly over the next few days, and I'll send an email when the agenda is final.  For now, if you have any comments/suggestions for the agenda, send email to hicks at ohio.edu<mailto:hicks at ohio.edu>.

Please register for the meeting, even if you plan to attend the meeting remotely.  Registration fees are the only way we have to pay for the coffee breaks.  Remote viewing via EVO will be set up, and there is no fee for remote registrations.  So please register in any case.
