[clas_members] CUE-ifying of wiki pages tomorrow afternoon

In an effort to address security issues with the wikis, all* CLAS wiki pages
* are to be upgraded and brought under the Common User Environment (CUE)
managed by the JLab Computing Center. This is scheduled for the afternoon of
* tomorrow, Wednesday, February 27, 2013*. The pages will be inaccessible
for several hours.

When they are brought back up, *users will login with their CUE account *and
the old/individual wiki accounts will be disabled.
