The Quarterly Report for D.O.E is due on February 1 for the period of October 1 - December 31, 2013.

Please be sure that you have entered all Invited talks presented (if same talk is given at more than
one event all should be entered) that would have been associated with your work at Jefferson Lab. Also,
enter a Thesis that you may have completed at Jefferson Lab. Be sure to update any entered talks and
papers that may have been published during this time period. This will need to be done by
Friday January 25, 2013. The website for the publications database is as
follows: https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/publications/
