[clas_members] reviews software

Dear CLAS Members,

Due to limitations of the software set up on the "reviews" website, I've set up the collaboration review of an internal-CLAS12 proposal, titled "Photoproduction of the very strangest baryons on a proton target at CLAS12" by Lei Guo et al. as a paper review.  This is not a paper, but it's the only mechanism available for the collaboration to look at this proposal.  If you have comments/questions, please send email to lguo at jlab.org<mailto:lguo at jlab.org> and cc to Volker and me.  I apologize for any confusion.  This is the first time we've done this CAA-like process for CLAS12 proposals.
