[clas_members] CLAS Collaboration meeting

Hi Folks,

We will have two presentations on new proposals. If anyone has an idea 
for a new proposal that is still at a very early stage of development 
(pre letter-of-intent), please let me know. I have set aside some time 
in the schedule for 1-slide, 5 minute, "elevator pitch" type of 
presentations.
