[clas_members] CLAS Paper final author check

Dear Collaborators,

The paper "Precision measurements of g1 of the proton and the deuteron 
with 6 GeV electrons" by Yelena Prok et al. is now undergoing final 
author review. After seven days it will be submitted to Phys Rev C.
