[clas_members] New CLAS PAC proposal

Dear CLAS collaborators,

The proposal "Exclusive N* -> KY Studies with CLAS12" by Dan Carman et 
al. has been approved by a working group review.

The latest proposal version and the reply document have been placed at:
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/clas12/carman/

Please send any comments and requests to be on the author list to Dan 
(carman at jlab.org) by May 23 to allow final edits to be made before 
submission.

Note that this proposal will be part of an existing run group.
