[clas_members] CLAS Collaboration meeting

Dear CLAS Collaborators,

The next collaboration meeting will take place next week. Details can be 
found on the CLAS chair's wiki:

where there are links to both the draft agenda and the registration page.

In addition to regular status updates and interesting physics talks, 
there are a few items I would like to flag beforehand:

- Proposed Changes to CLAS Charter (Thursday 13; 11:30) - to start a 
collaboration-wide discussion on how things should operate in the 
future. A working party chaired by Michel Garcon will report on 
preliminary ideas.

- Proposals for Analysis Reviews (Thursday 13; 16:30) - some suggestions 
from the working party chaired by Larry Weinstein for improving this 
process.

- Software and CalCom Session (Friday 14; Plenary; 11:00) - to bring 
everyone up to date on the progress in these areas.

Note that since there are no plenary sessions arranged for Wednesday 
November 11, there will be no collaboration-only refreshments.
