[clas_members] Hall B meeting

Dear Volker,

yesterday I had to leave the Hall B meeting before Rafayel Paremuzyan's presentation because I had to attend the leadership meeting.
I went through Rafayel's slides and saw that he is proposing the HCO system used by the accelerator division. I want to inform you that also Hall D is using the same system and it would be nice to have an uniform HCO system used by all Halls. So I hope that Hall B will follow the same path.
