[clas_members] CLAS collaboration meeting

Dear CLAS collaborators,

The next collaboration meeting will begin on Wednesday, June 17. The 
meeting agenda can be found at:
http://www.jlab.org/indico/event/CLAS_June_2015
where the usual CLAS password can be used as a an access code. As I 
highlighted previously, we will try a meeting pattern that lasts three 
full days, and does not extend into Saturday.

At the meeting it will be time to elect the new Chair of the 
collaboration. The two nominated candidates are Jerry Gilfoyle and Ralf 
Gothe. They will get a chance to make a short presentation at the 
beginning of the meeting. I would like to thank the nominating 
committee, consisting of Paul Stoler (chair), Raffaella De Vita, Latifa 
Elouadrhiri and Larry Weinstein for their search for candidates. Kevin 
Giovanetti will be running the electronic vote, and this will be 
announced in due course.

Note that there will be another electronic vote on the changes to the 
collaboration Charter, which have been discussed at previous meetings.

Finally, can I please ask that you register for the meeting. The

Please register, even if you wish connect remotely (you will not be
