  Please find the minutes of today's Hall B meeting at:

1) of the slides reviewing the procedures for access to accelerator 
areas and Halls.
2) there has been some beam to the tagger dump over the weekend, see 
Stepan's RC report.
3) another 12GeV major milestone has been achieved as shown in the 
feature of the week.
