[clas_members] clon file server replacement

Subject: clon file server replacement

Dear all,
main clon cluster file server (clonfs1) will be replaced tonight. It means ALL clon machines
(including EEL etc) will not be usable starting around 5pm tonight, and all VME crates with
Intel controllers will hung. Tomorrow I'll send email when new file server is ready, after
that all Intel VME crates must be rebooted, as well as some computers which could not survive.
