[clas_members] Hall B walk-through

Dear collaborators, 

We have updated Hall B safety awareness training (SAF111). For everyone who took it before September of this year it has expired and needs to be renewed in order to have access to the Hall B without escort. 
Everyone needs to read and sign new SAF111 document on-line on the web based training page https://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/webbasedtraining.html 
For those who took this training within the last two years for HPS and/or PRad experiments the on-line part is sufficient. Those who had it earlier that that would need to schedule a walk-through. 

There will be an opportunity for those coming for the collaboration meeting next week. 
We arrange three training sessions: 

Monday October 31st at 4:00 pm 
Tuesday November 1st at 4:00 pm 
Wednesday November 2nd at 1:00 pm. 

The walk-through starts in the Hall B counting room. 

Prerequisites for the walk-through: 

1. RadWorker I training up to date and have your dosimeter with you. 
2. Read and sign general access RWP (SAF801kd) 
3. ODH training up to date. 
4. Read and sign SAF111
